Mercato: PSG weighed down in Ligue 1 for this surprise transfer?

With the upcoming departure of Keylor Navas, PSG is looking to recruit a number 2 goalkeeper for next season. This Wednesday evening, a Russian media outlet dropped a bombshell by claiming that Paris was going to recruit Matvey Safonov (Krasnodar) for €20 million. However, AS Monaco would also be interested in an arrival of the 25-year-old.

The summer market du PSG promises to be lively. Parisian leaders really want to strengthen the workforce of training Luis Enrique, and this at all positions. So, although Gianluigi Donnarumma seems to be leaving for a third season as the undisputed number one in goal for the Rouge et Bleu, Paris could very well recruit an additional goalkeeper.
