Maxi Kleber’s Play-Off Hopes Dashed: German NBA Pro Out with Dislocated Shoulder

Bitter news for Maxi Kleber: The German NBA professional from the Dallas Mavericks will be out of the play-offs for the time being. As ESPN reported, the 32-year-old is even threatened with an early exit from the entire finals because he has dislocated his shoulder joint. He will not be able to play for an “indefinite” period of time and will therefore miss the start of the second round series on Wednesday night against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The 32-year-old landed hard on his right shoulder in Dallas’ 114:101 win against the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday night. Thanks to their success, superstar Luka Doncic’s team won the series 4-2, in which Kleber averaged 19 minutes and 5.7 points per game.
