French Archers Training for Paris Olympics Amidst Pressure

For French archers, it’s a balancing act. Less than three months before the Paris Olympic Games, the Franc-Comtois licensed in Nîmes Jean-Charles Valladont, Thomas Chirault, Baptiste Addis and Nicolas Bernardi share the objective of being among the three archers selected for the Olympics. For several weeks, all four have been training together at INSEP, having to fine-tune the settings in order to perform well in teams with boys who, on a daily basis, are also competitors.
