Exciting Opportunity: Full-Time Judo Trainer Position Available in Nuremberg with the Bavarian Judo Association

Job Description

Do you have experience in competitive judo, a coaching license and are you interested in training young Bavarian judo talent as a full-time trainer? Would you like to take responsibility for your own age group and the BBS student athletes in the state coaching team?
Then we have an interesting task for you from September (or even earlier) that includes the morning units at the Bertolt Brecht School (BBS) in Nuremberg, the support of the North Bavarian squad athletes at the bases and the training of an age group.

Recruitment from September 2024 at the latest (also possible earlier).
Place of work: Nuremberg, Bertolt Brecht School Elite School of Sports (also: bases in northern Bavaria and measures of the responsible age group)

Tasks:
– Promoting and advising talented young talent, primarily in northern Bavaria
– Training planning and implementation according to the framework training plan of the DJB/BJV at the BBS and the BJV bases as well as individual training
– Organization of measures and coaching for the assigned age groups or athletes
– Committed work in the team of state trainers and collaboration with the club trainers
– Administrative tasks for the preparation/follow-up of BJV measures and for organizing sports operations at the BBS and the bases
– Representation of fellow coaches from other age groups

particularities

Qualification:
Judo trainer license (ideally Trainer-A or willingness to acquire one)
– Experience in competitive or competitive sports
– Several years of experience in judo training with children and young people desired
– Good MS Office user knowledge, knowledge of spoken and written German, car driving license
– Willingness to work evenings and weekends as well as partly mobile work

Flexible scheduling of working hours according to training planning and measures as well as the willingness to travel accordingly are expected.
