This is Nikome, a rice flour sweets specialty store that opened on December 19, 2023 on the site of the curry bread specialty store “Life, Immoral Bread Swimming in Oil.” Nikome’s sweets are made without using wheat flour and are made with delicious ingredients, making them perfect as snacks or souvenirs! Baked sweets are lined up on the table outside the shop. The good thing about this product is that it is sold in packs of 3 pieces, making it easy to purchase to try out. These rice flour cookies have a gentle sweetness and a chewy texture, so I highly recommend them! We also found “Rice Flour Lemon Cake,” which took 730 days to commercialize, and ice-cold gateau chocolat.
