Atalanta have confirmed that they will purchase Charles De Ketelaere, meaning Milan will not lose much on the Belgian talent.
Milan had initially bought the 23-year-old from Club Brugge for €35 million in August 2022, an investment based on his huge potential during his time in the Jupiler Pro League. However, he failed to convince in his first season, with just one assist in 40 games.
Milan sent Charles De Ketelaere to Atalanta last summer on a €3 million loan deal with a permanent option, worth €22.06 million. He has performed brilliantly under Gian Piero Gasperini, with 11 goals and nine assists in 44 games.
