Sepp Straka got off to a strong start in the PGA tournament in Hilton Head (South Carolina). The 30-year-old Viennese remained five under par on Thursday with 66 strokes in the first round and was fourth.
Only the American JT Poston with 63 and the ex-aequo runner-up Collin Morikawa from the USA and Seamus Power from Ireland with 65 were better at the start. The world number one and Augusta winner Scottie Scheffler was initially 26th (69).
