Fear for Danilo Petruccithe Italian rider fell during training with the motocross bike and reported the fracture of the right clavicle and mandible. The Barni Spark Racing Team on social media says that the driver “has always remained conscious and will undergo surgery. Danilo was in Cingoli for a day of preparation for the next round of WorldSBK.”
Petrucci: “One of the scariest falls of my life”
The rider sent a message on social media from the hospital where he is hospitalized: “Yesterday during motocross training on the Cingoli track I lost control of the motorbike before a jump and therefore instead of braking the motorbike accelerated… I jumped a lot and I crashed to the ground. It was one of the scariest falls of my life. I broke some teeth, my jaw in two parts, my collarbone and my shoulder blade as well as various skin lacerations. Thank you for all the messages, I hope to smile again soon”
