Renovation of Municipal Building Facades Enhances Village Heritage

In this year’s projects, Patrick Berteaux, the village mayor, outlined the renovation of the facades of municipal buildings. This work has just been completed: the facade of the municipal housing and the old village hall, that of the bus shelter and that of the church wall have been sandblasted and repointed.

The total cost of the work amounts to €20,111 including tax with a subsidy from the region of €10,055. “ There was a dual objective, to safeguard the small heritage and highlight the village, explains Patrick Berteaux. The town hall was a real driving force in this renovation of the heritage since private individuals carried out the same operation. Nearly two thirds of the square’s facades will be renovated in 2024. »

The municipality’s next projects will concern the development of the municipal land adjoining the village hall and the repair of several streets.
