There is open war between Araujo and Gundogan with the first answering the second after his post-match ‘rajada’ against PSG. The Uruguayan has launched a very direct hint for the German.
This is how Araujo responded in an event in which he was present:
“I’m very frustrated, very disappointed. I feel like we had control, we were one up. We know that PSG has quality… Did the expulsion change? Yes. It doesn’t matter who the opponent is. In a crucial match… I don’t know what minute it was, but with someone sent off so soon, it’s impossible. You’re out, unfortunately,” commented the German in the post-match.
I can understand the anger that Xavi Hernández had about the referee’s decisions, but these statements by Gündogan represent me more.

Furthermore, Sara Gundogan, the footballer’s wife, has fueled the fire of her husband’s ‘rajada’ with more words.
“This man is a guy who works hard and his football opinions aim to improve and he is giving everything for this team. His mentality is a triple mentality,” Sara commented on Instagram.
