Noailles: 2 Judo Club students qualified for the Haut de France Elite Championships

At the Critérium régional benjamin(e)s in Tergnier, with the best from the Picard basin who were previously selected in their respective department, 4 boys and a girl from JC Noailles were selected.

1st place for Lylian Kpadonou, finally the top step of the podium which is greatly deserved and long awaited. He carried out his fights one by one, very focused.

Beating the reigning Oise champion in the 1/4 final to finish 1st by Ippon in the final (highest mark in Judo).

The surprise came from Léna Mairesse who finished 3rd even though she was only the youngest in 1st year.

Another surprise of the day, Léna Mairesse who finished 3rd being only the youngest 1st year.

She has a very beautiful journey with an O Goshi festival on the left, Magnificent!

Basically, she had come to “gain experience”.

Noé Dherbecourt, already vice-champion of Oise twice, moves up the weight category and goes to -38 kg, for 600 gr in excess. Unfortunately he will not pass the groups to advance to the rest of the competition despite good fights fought until the end, including one won.

Charles Faulin, always with the aim of having fun, was unable to perform this time, the opponents were tougher.

Evan Ionita could not attend due to injury.

A big congratulations to the children and in particular Lylian and Léna who qualified for the Haut-de-France Élite championship in Verquin!

The Noailles Judo Club is very proud of its students who continue to progress from year to year. Congratulations and good luck for the future.
