El Paso undefeated boxer Stephanie Han is set to fight May 10 at the Live Casino in Philadelphia.
Han is 7-0 as a lightweight and will fight Michaele Nogue in a scheduled six-round fight. Han is coming off a decision win against Wendellin Cruz last month, also in Pennsylvania. As a pro it was her first fight outside of El Paso or Las Cruces.
“Going out of town has been a good experience,” Han said. “I’m looking forward to the next challenge.”
The May 10 fight is being promoted by King’s Promotions, who Han has been working with recently. King’s Promotions is expected to have a show in El Paso in July, which would be its third in the Sun City.
Han is ranked No. 5 by the World Boxing Association in the lightweight division.
