French record for the women’s team pursuit in Milton

Clara Copponi, Valentine Fortin, Marion Borras and Marie Le Net broke the French team pursuit record (over 4,000 meters) by achieving a time of 4’10”272 during the last round of the Nations Cup on the track which took place during the night from Friday to Saturday in Milton, Canada.

The French women established this new national mark by winning to win the bronze medal ahead of Canada. The old record (4’10”338) was achieved by the quartet composed of Victoire Berteau, Valentine Fortin, Marion Borras and Marie Le Net during the Tokyo Olympic Games, on August 3, 2021.
