Porzingis will undergo tests on Tuesday, but early indications are that he has not suffered an Achilles tendon injury, sources revealed to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Porzingis appeared to make some changes after catching a pass from Jaylen Brown late in the second half. Upon receiving the ball, he began to drive to his left, but then grimaced before quickly returning the ball to Brown and going limp mid-play. He didn’t appear to be touched by anyone on the play where he got hurt.

As he walked to the locker room with a member of the support staff, he briefly covered his face with his shirt in apparent frustration.

The Celtics quickly issued an update, saying Porzingis was suffering from tightness in his right calf and had doubts about his return to action. Porzingis did not join the rest of the team on the court to start the third period.

Veteran Al Horford took his place in the starting lineup to begin the second half.

The 7-foot-3 big man, who joined the Celtics last offseason via trade, fit into the team almost perfectly in his first year, averaging 20 points and 7 rebounds per game. while giving Boston an even more dangerous offense with five outs.

The Celtics lead the best-of-seven series against Miami 2-1.
