Milton Morrisonadministrator of the entity, said that Edesur Dominicana illuminated the main streets of the Angosturas and Honduras communities, of the main municipality of Baní, and concluded the network rehabilitation project in the Guazuma Norte sector, which benefits more than 1,000 families.
While the sports field is located in the municipal district of Santana, where more than 100 young people and children of that community will benefit from this project that contributes to the development of sports and healthy recreation.
About 200 families of the Angostura and Honduras sectors, in Baní, will directly benefit from the lighting.
The president of the Neighborhood Council of Honduras, Arisleidy Villegasthanked Edesur Dominicana for executing such an important lighting project, which positively impacts people’s lives.
The network rehabilitation project in the Guazuma Norte sector also benefits merchants located near the new university area of Baní.
54 posts and 54 new lights were installed on the perimeter streets of the recently inaugurated campus of the University in Baní, as a contribution to the safety of students and teachers.
