Let’s start with the morning where they all faced each other under 14 of our region with our leading team with 2 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze thus qualifying 5 athletes.
Edoardo Celestra, Kevin Berardi, Arianna Sapuppo, Letizia Maini and Gianluca Fabbroni will go to the Italian A2 Beginners Championships which will take place in Olbia. Davide Lucchetti, Arianna Fazio, and Lorenzo Michelini were also on the podium despite not qualifying.
In the afternoon after the qualification of the rookies, the qualification of the absolutes, the black belt athletes who represented the major teams of our Region. More medals for our school and well 4 qualified guys. Luca Gelli returning after 5 years in the -81 kg category, Patrick Covato and Giacomo Merli in the -73 kg category and Gianluca Bellucci in the +100 category
The IMA San Mamolo Judo Team will participate with these 4 athletes in the final of the Italian A2 Championship which will take place in Perugia. Let us also remember that in addition to these boys, the girls Danila Trotta and Lucia Magli have already qualified in the Italian A1 championship.
