Delphine Delrue and Thom Gicquel Secure Medal at European Championships

Delphine Delrue (BC Chambly-Oise) is already assured of returning from Saarbrücken (Germany) with a new medal from the European Championships. The Camblysienne, European vice-champion in 2022, and her Mulhouse partner Thom Gicquel (world no. 13) qualified this Thursday evening for the semi-finals of the mixed doubles after their victory (21-15, 21-17) against the German duo Ralfy Jansen – Thuc Phuong Nguyen (n°97). The French pair will play their place in the final this Friday evening against the Danes Mathias Thyrri and Amalie Magelund (n°22).

Eloi Adam, his teammate at BC Chambly-Oise, reached the quarter-finals of the men’s doubles for the first time in his young career with Northerner Léo Rossi (n°83).
