In turn, the Dallas quarterback has countersued, alleging extortion
A lawsuit filed against the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys, Dak Prescottby a woman who accuses him of sexual assault has been moved to Collin County from Dallas County, according to the plaintiff’s attorney, Yoel Zehaie.
Last week, the lawsuit was dismissed in Dallas County after Zehaie filed a request allowing the accuser to drop the lawsuit but retain the right to file the lawsuit later. In an email, Zehaie said the move to Collin County was made for “convenience reasons,” given that the initial lawsuit Prescott seeking damages he appeared in that county.

In March, Prescott filed a lawsuit seeking monetary relief in excess of $1 million after receiving a letter in January from attorneys Bethel and Yoel Zehaie on behalf of the woman accusing Prescott of sexually assaulting her in February 2017, according to the legal action. The letter states, “Despite the tragic events, she is willing not to press criminal charges, in addition to not disclosing this information to the public, in exchange for compensation for the mental anguish she has suffered. Damages [en contra de la mujer] are valued in the sum of 100,000,000.00”.

The accuser then filed a civil complaint and a police report regarding the alleged incident that occurred in 2017. In March, her attorney PrescottLevi McCathern, described it as “a completely fabricated tale”, and that Prescott “has never engaged in any non-consensual sexual conduct with anyone.”
Dallas Police said this week that the investigation remains active. Police in Prosper (Texas) investigate allegations of extortion of Prescott against women.
