Aspe already has its eight candidates for the Cuatro y Medio of San Fermín

The promoters have already begun planning for the summer, although the winner of this year’s Manomanista still remains to be known and the pelotaris will have fifteen days of vacation at its conclusion. Aspe has already revealed the eight pelotaris selected for the Cuatro y Medio San Fermín dispute, which as in previous years will be played in two branches, one for each company. For the Navarrese cage, the Eibar operator has made two groups. In the first there will be Altuna III, Elordi, Darío and Salaberria, while in the second Peio Etxeberria, Ezkurdia, Zabala and Egiguren V will play.

Their competition will open on June 21 in Urrestilla with the confrontation between Egiguren V and Zabala. A day later, in Barañain, it will be Darío’s turn against Salaberria. On the occasion of the San Andrés festival in Eibar, the traditional Astelena festival will be brought forward to the 23rd to comply with television. In the centenary Eibar fronton, Ezkurdia will play against the winner of Egiguren V and Zabala.

On June 25 in Hernani, Elordi will face the winner of the Barañain match. Zumarraga will host the semifinals on the 27th. Altuna III will face the winner of the first group, while Peio Etxeberria will do the same with the winner of the second. The final will be on June 29 in Sopela.

Tickets for the Manomanista final

This Thursday, starting at 12:00 p.m., tickets will go on sale for the Manomanista final that will take place at the Bizkaia fronton on Sunday, June 2. Prices range between 130 euros for the three sectors of the court closest to the front, and 40 euros for the third rebound floor and the highest rows on the side.
