The ASD Tritons Taranto Baseballl is pleased to announce the event Dreams on the pitch, a Baseball5 tournament dedicated to young talents. This initiative was born from the passion and determination of the Tritons, who, despite the difficulties, have concentrated all their energies on promoting baseball and especially baseball5.
The choice of Baseball5 was dictated by its unique characteristics, which adapt perfectly to the plant situation in Taranto. After the painful renunciation of the national Serie C baseball championship due to the lack of an adequate sports structure, the Tritons made a virtue of necessity. Thanks to Civic Sports Projectpromoted by the Committee Uisp of Tarantoour instructors had the opportunity to involve the young people of the school Hammerhead. From this project a very young Baseball5 team was born, made up of passionate kids who practice this sport even in extra curricular hours.
The U14 category Baseball5 tournament will take place in the tensostatic of the Archimede School on Sunday 14 April, kindly made available by the manager of the Power Basket Taranto, Ciccio Stola. The young Tritons will have the opportunity to play with the boys of Warriors Bari, Angels Matino and the Lucanians of King Rivello. The games will start at 9 am and promise excitement and fun for all participants and baseball fans.
