About 50 children compete in the Youth Olympiad
Today in the velodrome the battle was fierce. About 50 children from Heusden-Zolder had registered for the Youth Olympiad. It is intended as a warm-up for the Olympic Games this summer. The children were presented with a whole series of tests, from gymnastics, via badminton to agility challenges. And they could collect points everywhere and at the end there might be a medal waiting for them. Experienced trainers provided guidance and coaching.
