If you want to make your muscles grow in a targeted manner, you also have to put your mind to work during training. You have to count repetitions, add up kilogram numbers, and pay attention to rest times. In short: you have to train according to plan. Which isn’t that easy, because very few people spend money on their own trainer. And on the Internet, influencers explain very different training plans as the best option; whether it’s a push-pull leg plan, a full-body workout or a so-called bro split.

It doesn’t really matter which plan you end up choosing; in fact, it’s quite easy to put one together yourself – as long as you understand a few basics.
