At the Cinema Saffi d’Essai Multiplex, on the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day, the film ‘Tatami’ by Zar Amir Ebrahimi will be screened for the first time at the special price of 3.50 euros: presented at the Venice Film Festival 2023, the film obtained the Brian prize (awarded since 2006 by the Union of Rationalist Atheists and Agnostics). Set during the world judo championships in Tbilisi, the film is an incessant and tense drama with a high political content, in which the Iranian judoka Leila and her coach Maryam receive an ultimatum from the Islamic Republic.
