Château d’Allot Golf School Hosts Spring Holiday Course for Young Players

The Château d’Allot golf school organized a course for the club’s young players during the spring school holidays.

Every afternoon, 17 children, out of the 37 in the golf school, took part in this sports week which allowed them to progress.

Philippe Chauvin, the teacher, has put together a tailor-made development program for them, based on small games and posture. On Tuesday and Friday, the young people were also able to test their level on the course by competing. The oldest were alone on 18 holes and the youngest were accompanied by volunteers from the golf sports association on 9 holes for the passing of flags (like balls in tennis, belts in judo or stars in skiing, flags of different colors in golf validate the different degrees of learning of young golfers).

“I thank the volunteers for their availability,” says Robert Bonotto, president of the sports association.

On the occasion of the presentation of the flags, and thanks to the generosity of the sponsors Biochemistry and Eco Habitat, the children received a polo shirt which all the students of the golf school will soon have.
