The cover, one of the most iconic aspects of sports games, will feature the image of two tennis legends: Swiss and Serena Williams. The Deluxe edition, on the other hand, will have more contemporary players such as Carlos Alcaraz, Iga Swiatek and Francis Tiafoe. All of these tennis players will be available as playable characters, in addition to 24 other protagonists.

As reported by EA, producer of the video game, TopSpin 2K25 will have multiplayer modes where matches can be played on the 48 available courts, 15 of which will be based on real places on the ATP circuit. The title will have cross-play functionality to be able to face players from other consoles and even PC.

Another of the modes included will be TopSpin Academy, where the legendary John McEnroe will serve as a tutor in another career mode-style experience. There your character will be able to master the mechanics of the sport and polish his skills in a series of challenges that will include all different types of tennis courts. Players will be able to create their own character and experience the story until participating in the four Grand Slams of the season.
