Bola.net – An aura of sadness enveloped Red Sparks fans in Indonesia after Megawati Hangestri et al were defeated by Pink Spiders, Tuesday (26/03/2024).
Daejeon Red Sparks visited the Pink Spiders headquarters in the third match of the playoff semifinals Korean V League aka South Korean Women’s Volleyball League 2023/2024 at Samsan World Gymnasium, Incheon. Previously, Megawati et al lost in the first meeting, at the same place.
In the second meeting at Chungmu Gymnasium, Red Sparks successfully revans and won 3-1. Unfortunately, in this third match, they did not move against the hosts.
Pink Spiders won in three straight sets over Red Sparks. They also failed to reach the final because they lost 2-1 on aggregate.
This defeat of course saddened Red Sparks fans in Indonesia. They are sinking deeper into sadness because they predict that the face of their favorite team next season will change.
