On the program: a course of four discovery workshops of around twelve minutes each: fall, imbalance, safety projection and control. Practical: Workshops from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (children from 5 years old minimum). Catering provided on site.
Saturday afternoon: Teqap invites you from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. to come and challenge the schoolchildren on walking or mountain biking courses (water supply point + if insured).
Gathering between the refreshment bar and the dojo.
Sunday 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.: at the PFC football stadium: come and try football golf, various workshops and soccer sessions. Refreshment bar at the stadium.

To end the weekend in style, Flepp is organizing badminton flash games (games in the dark) at the gymnasium at 7:30 p.m. (games in the dark) with several tournaments by category, note that places are limited: registrations on the link:
