New PSG stadium: “It can only be done in the west of Paris”

If PSG is the capital’s club, it was in Saint-Germain-en-Laye that it was born in 1970, on the bases of the Stade Saint-Germanois. Hence its name. Since then, this town in Yvelines has maintained a unique link with the club, as with the City of Paris.

Its mayor, Arnaud Péricard (Horizons), himself a supporter, is therefore following very closely the burning issue of the stadium and a possible move from the Parc des Princes. He plays the intermediary between Anne Hidalgo’s teams and those of Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, while negotiations seem to have completely broken down.
