Leonardo DiCaprio and Vittoria Ceretti haven’t been a couple for long, but a new piece of jewelry on the Italian model’s hand is fueling the rumor mill: Are the two engaged?
As soon as the awards season is over, Leonardo DiCaprio, 49, slips back into his casual self: Last Tuesday, March 26, 2024, the “Killers of the Flower Moon” actor was spotted at a relaxed dinner in Los Angeles. Instead of retreating to fancy restaurants, DiCaprio and his girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, 25, bought burritos from a stand in the Californian city and enjoyed their meal on brightly painted chairs under the open sky. The model herself stood out next to her sportily dressed partner not only because of her futuristic Balenciaga sunglasses, but also because a striking ring glittered on Vittoria’s finger.

As is often the case, DiCaprio tried to hide with a baseball cap and a mouth and nose mask, while his girlfriend wore a black and gray cardigan over a white tank top in addition to her sunglasses. She wore her brown hair in two braids. In addition to a silver necklace, Vittoria also chose to wear a statement ring on her left ring finger.

The US website “Page Six” is now speculating whether DiCaprio and Ceretti were engaged. It is unclear whether the ring is actually an engagement ring, they say – “but [Vittoria] didn’t wear the piece of jewelry in one of her last Instagram posts.” Although the model’s last posts mainly show shooting pictures and magazine covers, the 25-year-old tends to share selected private snapshots. In photos from a road trip in which Vittoria is Posing in front of rocks in Joshua Tree National Park, her hands are either not easy to see or not visible at all.

In fact, the Italian model will not be wearing the ring for the first time in March 2024. On her Instagram account there are photos from September 2022 in which Vittoria is wearing the same piece of jewelry; the ring on her left ring finger was already sparkling back then.
For Leonardo DiCaprio, a possible engagement to Vittoria Ceretti would at least be the first time that he goes one step further with his partner than with his numerous ex-girlfriends before. So far, the Hollywood star has neither been engaged nor married – and has been jumping from one relationship to the next for years. Leonardo doesn’t seem to want to really commit (yet).
