Paulhan is a multi-sport town. Basketball, which is part of the Étoile sportive paulhanaise, occupies an increasingly important space.
The club supervises 190 members including 7 youth teams aged 5 to 17, girls, boys competing in a departmental championship, 4 senior teams including a women’s team competing in the region and a mixed leisure team. But everyone knows that today maintaining such a picture requires ingredients such as trainers and players at the level, rigorous management and support. On this last point, ESP Basket knows that it can count on public and private partners, all forming a team spirit, within the village, necessary cement for the club’s progress.
To do this, on Saturday March 23, the club and its leaders invited all the partners, municipality, businesses and artisans to a thank-you evening during which two men’s and women’s teams played.
Dominique Beaudenon, the president, did not fail to thank the elected officials and the partners and concluded: “Without your precious support, we simply could not exist. The development of the club, its functioning, its sustainability depend in part on YOU.”
