Beltrán was born on July 4, 1999 in Apartadó, Colombia. He was an unbalanced footballer who played as a right winger and went through the Lower Divisions of Atlético Nacional. He arrived at Real Santa Cruz at the beginning of 2023 after wearing the Rubio Ñu shirt, in Paraguay. In the Bolivian team he played 21 games and scored one goal.
