The men’s recurve bow team, formed by Ricardo Soto, Andrés Gallardo and Andrés Aguilar, won the gold medal in the South American Championship.
In the South American final, the national team defeated Brazil 5-1.
In the world ranking event, the men’s recurve team took the bronze medal.
The men’s compound bow team, formed by Agustín Infante, Alejandro Martin and Juan Andrés Vargas, won the silver medal after losing in the final to Brazil (227 against 232).
They also added a bronze medal in the world ranking event.
Another South American bronze was achieved by the women’s recurve bow team.
This is made up of Gabriella Abalde, Gabriela Anabalón and Javiera Andrades.
The Chileans defeated Panama 6-2 in the bronze medal match.
The mixed compound bow team, formed by Aurora Olea and Alejandro Martin, won the South American bronze medal.
The national team defeated Panama 155-151 in the bronze medal match.
The same team won a bronze medal in the world ranking event.
Finally, the mixed recurve bow team formed by Gabriela Anabalón and Andrés Aguilar won bronze in the world ranking event.
