The Lombard club was full during its trip to Rome, against Lazio, this Friday, during the 27th day.

AC Milan won 1-0 in Rome on the field of Lazio, who finished the match at eight, during the opening match of the 27th day of the Italian Championship, Friday. Milan (56 pts), still third in the standings, temporarily comes back one step behind Juventus (2nd) which travels to Naples (9th) on Sunday.

Noah Okafor, who came on in the 71st minute in place of former Bordeaux player Yacine Adli, scored the only goal of the match in the 88th while Lazio were playing with ten men, cementing his team’s domination in the second half, first having been to the advantage of the Romans. At the end of the match, the Montenegrin Adam Marusic (90+5) and the Frenchman Matteo Guendouzi (90+7) were in turn excluded from Lazio.

The Roman club, still eighth (40 pts), played with ten men from the 57th minute, their left side Luka Pellegrini having collected a second yellow card. Pellegrini, who wrongly thought that the game was going to be stopped due to the injury of a teammate, roughly grabbed Christian Pulisic who was running along the touchline.

Inter Milan, quiet leader of the ranking with twelve lengths ahead of Juve, hosts Genoa (12th) on Monday at the end of the day.
