Acerbi disqualification, the Sporting Judge’s decision arrives

Acerbi disqualification, the Sports Judge’s decision: defender acquitted

After much waiting, the official ruling regarding Francesco Acerbi’s request for disqualification has arrived. There is the decision of the Sports Judge.

Sports Judge Gerardo Mastrandrea, after having viewed the documents delivered by the Federal Prosecutor’s Office, issued the verdict today. A verdict that Acerbi hoped for, but that no one expected. In fact, the Sports Judge considered that there were no grounds for a disqualification.

The Sports Judge and his entourage reiterated that discriminatory conduct, due to its intrinsic gravity and intolerability, moreover when referring to the person’s race, skin color or religion, must be sanctioned with the utmost severity“. But there must be some proof: “the imposition of such burdensome sanctions is correspondingly supported by even a minimum amount of evidence”.

And in this case there are none. “Without calling into question the good faith of the Napoli player, it appears that he was perceived only by the offended player without therefore the support of any external evidentiary evidence, be it audio, video or even testimonial.” In conclusion we read in the statement of the Official Judgment on the Acerbi case that ‘proof of the offense having certainly been achieved, but the seriously discriminatory content remaining confined to the words of the offended party, without any further foreign evidentiary and circumstantial support […] in this case the minimum level of reasonable certainty regarding the discriminatory content of the offense committed is not reached”

Milan transfer market, amazing budget for the summer: the situation

Milan is very focused on the end of the season with the race for second place in the league, where there are nine games left to go, and above all the commitment in the Europa League which will see Pioli’s team involved in the double quarter against Roma. However, the club is already thinking about next summer’s transfer market with a specific objective.

As reported by Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rossoneri club expects to have an incredible budget available for the signing campaign: 130 million euros excluding any heavy transfers which are not however obligatory thanks to the rosy budget situation. The calculations are soon done: 50 million will come from qualifying for next season’s Champions League, a goal that is now mathematically very close, another 40 from the players currently on loan and then a possible 40 from winning the Europa League, a competition that has already led to the Devil’s coffers 10 million euros.

The club’s declared objective, already confessed to Pioli who is moving towards confirmation on the bench. he will be the second star to respond to the increasingly probable one of Interfirst with 9 days to go with 14 points ahead of the Rossoneri.

Precisely for this reason the shots will be targeted with respect to a squad whose base was created last summer. The declared objectives are a center forward, for which an investment of 50 million euros is also hypothesized; a midfielder and a central defender. Furthermore, the possibilities of raising the level of the right-backed outfielder will be examined, even if not as a priority mission.

Much, as we were saying, will come from the income deriving from the players currently on loan: Atalanta is ready to invest 26 million euros, bonuses included, to purchase Charles De Ketelaere outright. Same thing with Bologna with Saelemakers (redemption set at 10 million euros). Furthermore, Monza would be ready to buy Daniel Maldini outright for around 5 million euros.

As for the center forward, the first name on the list is that of Joshua Zirkzee of Bologna but he is not the only one followed.

The Diavolo’s technical area also really likes the profiles of Benjamin Sesko of Leipzig, Santiago Gimenez of Feyenoord and Jonathan David of Lille. With Giroud leaving for Los Angeles, Ibrahimovic doesn’t want to make a wrong choice.

I renew Theo Hernandez, Milan’s plan: what’s filtering for June

One of the pillars of Stefano Pioli’s AC Milan over the last five years is certainly Theo Hernandez. Leader of the Rossoneri club and true top of the team together with Leao and Maignan, the Devil has every intention of proceeding with the renewal of the former Real Madrida footballer considered crucial for the Devil’s sporting future at high levels.

As reported by calciomercato.com, Theo Hernandez is currently very focused on the end of the season with Milan. Two months that could give the Rossoneri club not only second place in Serie A but also, and perhaps above all, victory in the Europa League, a trophy that is missing from the endless showcase of the club in via Aldo Rossi. At the end of the season a 360 degree evaluation will then be made but the intentions of the parties appear very clear today.

Strengthened by a contract still lasting two years (expiry set for 2026), Milan at the end of the season wants to propose to the boy the extension of the contract until 2029, increasing the current salary from 4.5 million euros plus bonus at 7, i.e. the same salary received by Rafael Leao.

A solution that represents the priority for the class of ’97: the bond with the club and with the fans is very strong and Theo appreciates the status acquired within the team having also worn the captain’s armband more than 10 times so far this season .

Hypotheses linked to Saudi Arabia will not be taken into consideration: many clubs have explored the boy’s entourage but he has no intention of leaving European football at just 27 years old. The Frenchman’s main idea is to continue with Milan and to date the only obstacle is represented by Bayern Munich.

In fact, if the Germans were to lose Alphonso Davies to Real Madrid, they would have put Theo Hernandez at the top of the list. Obviously Bayern could guarantee a higher salary than the 7 million proposed by Milan but it is clear that it would then be difficult to satisfy the requests of Furlani and Ibrahimovic for the price tag.

If we were to consider a transfer of the boy, Milan has set the price at over 90 million euros. A very high figure even for a rich club like Bayern Munich. To date everything leads to the Frenchman’s stay at Milanello.
