Baysangur Chamsoudinov will have to face the biggest challenge of his career when he faces Cédric Doumbé at the next PFL Paris. And he is clearly not the favorite of this highly anticipated poster, as someone close to “Baki” recently confided.
As he has insisted several times, Baysangur Chamsoudinov has more experience in MMA than Cédric Doumbé with 7 fights against five for his rival. However, it is the Franco-Chechen who is announced as the loser by a lot of observers in France, while they will face each other in a few weeks. I know Baysangur, it is made of another wood […]. 9 out of 10 people tell me that Doumbé will kill Baki. We know very well what we are worth. We are confident. For me, (Felix) Klinkhammer is more dangerous than Cédric Doumbé.

The prediction I’m hoping for would be a nice, fairly quick finish: a submission, a knockout or a ground & pound like Abdoul (Abdouraguimov) on Karl Amoussou. In terms of safety, I would say perhaps a decision. The fight is so important that they are not going to take that many risks. But it can end with a Baysangur finish, in ground & pound in the 2nd or 3rd round.
For once, this would be a great performance from the young fighter because it would then beat “Doumced” at his own game, the former Glory being an absolute reference in terms of spectacular finishing. Jordan Zebo was able to have the bitter experience during the last PFL Paris by being mowed down after nine seconds… and the fans are not really convinced that Baki can do better than him.

Few people think that Baysangur Chamsoudinov has any chance of winning against Cédric Doumbé. However, that does not prevent the clan of the Franco-Chechen nugget from believing strongly in him, like his trainer Nabil Takali.
