PSG: Ethan Mbappé and the Titis eliminated by OM on penalties in the Gambardella Cup

A final attempt by Kelyann Bezahaf, and all the young Marseillais file towards the stand to commune with their supporters at the OM Campus. They are qualified for the round of 16 of the Gambardella Cup after their success on penalties (5-4, 1-1 at the end of regulation time) against the PSG U18s this Sunday.

An hour of balanced play followed, with few clear chances on either side, apart from two saves from Marseille goalkeeper Aboubaka Dosso (41st, 63rd). Back to back after 90 minutes, the two teams were decided on penalties. And it was again Aboubaka Dosso who took the upper hand over the Parisians. Third shooter, Mahamadou Sangaré came up against the Marseille goalkeeper, who started on the right side. The OM youngsters performed flawlessly from the penalty spot.

At the end of the suspense, the Parisian Titis are therefore leaving the Gambardella Cup and will not see the round of 16 this season, they who have not experienced this stage of the competition since 2020 and have not won the event since 1991.
