Pablo Abian has fallen into the quarters of the International Challenge de Bakú 0-2 (10-21, 11-21) against the Indian Sameer Verma. The Aragonese has been eliminated after a great tournament in which he also widened his gap with Kike Peñalver (the other Spaniard who participated in the tournament) in that internal fight to get a place for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Abián, who was already in Tokyo in 2021, wants to play in a Paris event that would be exciting.
