Tavel-Fribourg had a mixed weekend in the A badminton league. The Fribourgeois suffered defeat on Saturday in Lausanne (5-3) before recovering their heads this Sunday at home against Uzwil (5-3). Having difficulty in the singles (three defeats in the men’s singles on Saturday against Lausanne), they were able to count on the performances of their pairs to pocket points (five doubles won this weekend including three against Uzwil). The Singinois occupy fourth place in the ranking with 18 points acquired in ten matches.
