Grégoire Matras (Cep Lorient Judo) has just obtained his black belt, at the age of 51. After finalizing his sporting tests, he validated the theoretical test at the beginning of February. Grégoire Matras practiced judo until the age of 16 and obtained his brown belt. Three years ago, he decided to resume training with the goal of achieving a black belt. “Combining his career as an entrepreneur, his life as a father and sports training, he is a great example of perseverance,” underlines his coach, Vincent Carcreff.
