This week the DFB Cup starts into the hot phase: the last eight teams compete against each other in the quarter-finals. After the elimination of Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and last year’s winner RB Leipzig, many lower-class teams are hoping for a place in the semi-finals.

A quarter-final will be played on Tuesday and Wednesday – both at 8:45 p.m. As in previous years, the pay TV channel “Sky” will broadcast all games live. In addition, three of the exciting encounters will also be shown on free TV.
