Finally, Troicki spoke about Hamad Medjedovic, the new Serbian tennis sensation and whom he is currently training: “He was great in Jeddah (NextGen ATP Finals), we honestly didn’t expect him to play like that, especially after Malaga, because he came last of all the players and he only had one training session before the first match. The format suited him, he always played at night and there are only four games per set, which was a relief. He played great, he felt relaxed and also there were no points in game, so he didn’t even think about getting into the top100, he just played his tennis, and when he does, he’s really dangerous and can beat anyone.”
