Is it still necessary to introduce David Douillet? Now aged 54, the Frenchman was, for several years, the emblematic figure of the world of judo. Olympic champion in the “heavyweight” category in 1996 and 2000, quadruple gold medalist at the World Championships, he then became the most successful fighter in history in international championships.
