Excellent performance for the Lido district team Catanzaro at the sporting event in the city of Potenza, four podiums were achieved. In the location of the sports center Caizzo di Potenzaorganized by the Arcieri Lucani Potenza sports club of president Scuccimarra, under the perfect guidance of Luciano Spera and Nicola Taddei, a sports event of archeryvalid for qualifications for the next indoor championships in Pordenone in February 2024.
The club from the Lido district of Catanzaro, the Arcieri Club Lido, participate in the event with the youth sector managed by the coach Demasi Pasquale, who with commitment and dedication focuses on the entire sector, giving valuable advice on sports technique and approach to competitions. The results obtained confirm the sporting quality of the entire sector, in fact the young athletes won four medals in total, three gold and one silver.
In the men’s junior Olympics Francesco Poerio Pierà scored 583 points with a score in the second part of the race of 297 points out of 300, gold for Anastasia Poerio Pierà in the women’s junior compound with a total at the end of the race of 560 points, another gold goes to Fabio Ludovica who is clearly improving and growing in sport, as is the second place (Silver medal) Falcone Samanta who, despite being very young, competes among the boys.
