He will be the 7th and probably last recruit of this very successful winter transfer window for OL. Orel Mangala gave his agreement to the Lyon leaders this Wednesday to end the season in Ligue 1. The young midfielder (25 years old) will be loaned with a non-obligatory purchase option by his club Nottingham Forest, with whom the player still has some contractual details to sort out.
OL will pay 10 million euros for this loan while the purchase option is around €15 million. The recruitment of the Belgian international (12 selections) should put an end to the Lyon transfer window in terms of arrivals. Pierre Sage’s squad is now filled with reinforcements from Nemanja Matic, Malick Fofana, Gift Orban, Lucas Perri, Adryelson and soon Saïd Benrahma and therefore Mangala, who should undergo their medical examination this Thursday in order to ensure the maintenance operation.
