At the OKTAGON TIME press conference in December, it was officially confirmed what had been speculated about for some time behind the scenes – OKTAGON will head to a football stadium for the first time. In the middle of the year, we will see the OKTAGON 58 tournament, which will be dominated by the Revenge of the Century Vémola vs Végh 2 at the Eden Football Stadium. It is estimated that around 27,000 fans will be there, which is of course a record for the home scene and there is no doubt that that he cares about the lead with the starter. Enormous interest in tickets is therefore expected, which will go on sale very soon.
Unfortunately, new champion Dricus Du Plessis has bad news for Procházka
“Today is a super important day. We have definitively finalized the seating and pricing. We’ve made a video for you that we’ll release today and you’ll be able to choose your seat ahead of time so that when it goes live on Monday (10:00 a.m. registrant sale) you know what you want.
Well, what interests you the most?
Ticket prices will start at CZK 1,290, as in the O2 arena, and overall will not be more expensive than what you are used to at the O2. (By the way, event costs are several times more expensive). The prices of the most VIPs will be the same as in 2019 at the Match of the Century. You can find everything in the mentioned video,” Ondřej Novotný announced that he had finished the struggle with setting the seats and setting the ticket prices.
Members of the OKTAGON club will be able to go hunting already on Sunday, with the sale starting on Monday at 10:00 a.m. for registered members. There are reportedly around 30,000 registrations, which does not necessarily mean that 30,000 people have registered, but it is still evident that the interest is enormous. In addition, each registration allows the purchase of multiple tickets, so it is expected that tickets will disappear within hours and that no more entries will go into the free sale. So if you want to be at the event in person, don’t forget to register and be “on the signs” on Monday at 10:00 a.m.
As for the starters, so far we have “only” the Vémola vs Végh 2 duel announced, with the promoter Novotný letting it be known that he would like at least 2, but ideally 3 title matches at the event. So the entertainment will surely be taken care of. In addition, it will be a historic moment for the entire scene, which literally everyone will want to be there, so no one has to worry about the quality of the card.
