At 43, Guillaume Norbert has busy days and evenings. “I still manage to sleep 5-6 hours a night,” smiles the former pro defender (PSG, Arsenal as youth, Lorient, Créteil, Angers, Nantes, Le Havre). Although he had completed his coaching diplomas and had been assistant to Marco Simone in Lausanne (Switzerland) in 2013-2014, he had nevertheless decided to “turn the page on football” six years ago.
