Inter Miami is still targeting former Barcelona players. Most recently, Philippe Coutinho is rumored to be on the radar!
Inter Miami already has Lionel Messi, Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets, and most recently Luis Suarez. The four players can be said to have entered old age, already over 30 years old.

It doesn’t stop there, Inter Miami is reportedly still eyeing several other former Barcelona players. Apart from Ivan Rakitic, now the name Philippe Coutinho has appeared!
Coutinho is experiencing a difficult career and is still frequently plagued by injuries. The Aston Villa player is also on loan at Qatari club Al-Duhail SC from the summer of 2023 to the summer of 2024.
Coutinho is actually still under contract at Villa until the summer of 2026. However, it is believed that Villa could sell him because the player is not included in manager Unai Emery’s plans.

It is believed that Inter Miami will try to approach Philippe Coutinho in the summer of 2024. His current market price, as reported by Transfermarkt, is only 10 million Euros, or the equivalent of IDR 170 billion.
Coutinho played for Barcelona in 2018-2019 and 2020-2022. At that time he was bought expensively from Liverpool for 135 million Euros, but then he was loaned to Bayern Munich, then to Aston Villa. Finally sold cheaply to Villa in the summer of 2022 for only 20 million Euros.
However, Coutinho is 31 years old and often suffers from injuries. Some of his recurring injuries are ankle and hamstring injuries.
