The National Court tracks the income and contract of the former RFEF administrator

Judge Francisco de Jorgewhich investigates in the National Court the Soule case of alleged corruption within the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) during the time of Ángel María Villar, has claimed in an order dated October 27 to the agents of the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard that trace among the documents that they seized the “employment or service contract” of the former administrator of the RFEF José María Castillón Casasnovas.

This former RFEF official is being investigated in another judicial procedure, denominated Haiti casein which the Federation itself remains charged as a legal entity.

Castillón Casasnovas is accused, along with the former secretary general of the organization Jorge Pérez Arias and to the former director of the RFEF Foundation Isabel Navas Portilloof not executing “a project” to build a football school in the Caribbean country for which they received a public subsidy of 219,500 euros.

This case was opened after the complaint presented by the president of the National Coach Training Center (Cenafe), Miguel Ángel Galán Castellanos, against the Federation; against its then president, Ángel María Villar, and other directors.

In the aforementioned judicial resolution of October 27, to which EL PERIÓDICO DE ESPAÑA, from the Prensa Ibérica group, has had access, the judge of the National Court also instructs the Judicial Police to search among the seized documentation a possible Federation contract with a travel agency.

And finally, the instructor commissioned the Civil Guard to track “the proof of attendance payments to committees of regional presidents, of the Mixed First Women’s Commission and of the Mixed Commission of the Super League”.

Likewise, the instructor asks the UCO to inform him if documentation was obtained during the searches regarding the alleged diversion of more than four million euros from the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) that were allocated to the Social Welfare Mutuality of Spanish Footballers (Mupresfe) and the Catalan Football Federation (FCF), as this newspaper announced this Sunday.
