Il Psg sold a minority stake to the American fund Bears following up on the previews of a few months before Nasser Al-Khelaifi of wanting to find buyers and international collaborations. There Qatar Sports Investments (QSI) announced this new partnership with Arctos which will not influence the club’s sporting matters nor the decision-making power over PSG. The American fund will acquire the 12.5% ​​of the club for a contribution of 531 million euros.

With this share, the overall value given to the PSG company is 4.25 billion euros.

“This partnership will form the basis of PSG’s next phase of global growth and will drive the club’s footballing and commercial successes,” explains the Parisian club. Investment fund QSI bought PSG in 2011 from previous owner Colony Capital, with the club valued at €70 million at the time.

Arctos Partners, based in Dallas, was founded in 2019 and has interests in several professional sports organizations around the world such as MLB (Major League Baseball), NBA (North American Basketball League), MLS (Major League Soccer), NHL ( the North American Ice Hockey League), Formula 1 and several football teams in Europe.
