Many people start running in the new year. The great art is to implement good intentions in the long term. It’s actually not that difficult – if you follow a few tips.

Of course we could start running every day. But there is something special at the turn of the year. Many people use the transition into a new year to change something. With good intentions, we formulate goals and express them openly. This motivates and increases the likelihood of starting running. Because who wants to expose themselves and fail?

Maybe you can even find someone in your family, friends or acquaintances who will join in. This helps to put a good resolution into action. But the idea should come from you. Don’t let yourself be talked into making a resolution! If running isn’t your thing, find something else. But remember: Running is easy and leads to success after just a short time.
